How The Rental Process Works....
Application: Our application process is straightforward. Submit your application, and we’ll guide you through the necessary steps to secure your new home
Referencing: You will be required to pass our referencing process before a tenancy can be granted. We will require your current address, current Landlord details (If applicable), current employers details (if applicable), income details and two forms of identification to carry out the right to rent checks.
Agreements: Once references are complete, we’ll provide you with a clear and comprehensive agreement so everyone’s responsibilities are clear. Please review it carefully and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have, no matter how small they may be.
Fees: We believe in transparency. We do not charge our tenants any fees for our services.
